At Leapfrog Technology, I serve as a Strategic Leader for the Design team and a core member of the company's Leadership Team. My role involves:

• Aligning mid-management activities with broader organizational goals.
• Driving innovation and process excellence across the company.
• Leading the integration of AI within tools, workflows, and products as part of Leapfrog's AI Center of Excellence.

Beyond my current role, I have extensive experience consulting and guiding product design, process improvement, and product management for enterprise applications in healthcare, fintech, education, e-commerce, and hospitality.

My professional history reflects a unique trajectory: from shaping national and international branding campaigns to spearheading enterprise-level UX design and now leading organizational strategy at scale.

Design Thinking has been my go-to framework for solving complex and organizational-level challenges. I apply it not only to product design but also to team management, mentoring, and operational leadership.

Key areas of expertise include:

• Design Thinking & Frameworks: Trained over 1000 people globally. Conducting workshops on Design Thinking, Double Diamond, Design Sprint, and UX Design processes.
• AI & R&D: Since 2021, my focus has been on AI-driven solutions — exploring AI agents, LLMs, coding, image, and video models (open source and proprietary) to accelerate workflows by up to 90%.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Extending design principles into operational leadership, helping teams and organizations adopt innovative, efficient, and human-centered approaches.
